• Live underwriting for US mortgage loans
• Review income, assets & appraisal
• Assess risk & ensure guideline compliance

✅ Skills:
• Live underwriting (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of 4C’s (Credit, Capacity, Capital, Collateral)
• Experience in income, asset & appraisal review
• Good analytical skills
