📍 Locations: Chennai & Pune

💼 Work Mode:

💰 Salary: Up to ₹16 LPA (Based on experience & market standards)
✨ Experience: Minimum 2+ Years in US Mortgage Live Underwriting

🔍 Role & Responsibilities:
Perform live underwriting for US residential mortgage loans
Analyze borrower profiles, including income, assets, and appraisal reports
Evaluate loan applications based on underwriting guidelines

Ensure compliance with US mortgage policies and investor guidelines
Identify risks and make accurate lending decisions

✅ Required Skills:
Strong experience in Live Underwriting (mandatory)

Good understanding of 4 C’s of Underwriting (Credit, Capacity, Capital, Collateral)

Hands-on experience in Income, Asset & Appraisal review

Strong analytical and decision-making skills

Knowledge of US Mortgage guidelines and documentation

🎓 Eligibility:
Any Graduate
Relevant experience in US Mortgage underwriting is mandatory
