**Job Title: AR Caller (Accounts Receivable)**

**Job Description:**

We are looking for an experienced **AR Caller** with knowledge of **US Healthcare – Physician/Hospital Billing** to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Follow up with insurance companies on outstanding claims through outbound calls.
* Analyze claim denials, underpayments, and rejections, and take appropriate actions for resolution.
* Verify claim status, payment details, and eligibility using payer portals and calling insurance representatives.
* Document all call outcomes and update the billing system accurately.
* Meet daily productivity and quality targets while ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

**Requirements:**

* Minimum **1+ year of AR Calling experience** in Physician or Hospital Billing.
* Good communication and analytical skills.
* Knowledge of **CMS-1500 and/or UB-04** claim processing.
* Familiarity with insurance payers, denial management, and payment posting concepts.
* Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period are preferred.
