Key Responsibilities:
• Research and map potential individual donors, including HNIs, aligned with the organisation's mission and values
• Initiate outreach through personal meetings, calls, emails, and networking opportunities
• Develop and deliver compelling pitches and presentations for individual donors
• Lead funding conversations with confidence and sensitivity — from first meeting to final commitment
• Drive PAN India donor engagement through well-planned events and fresh, innovative outreach ideas that inspire individual giving and to build donor visibility & interest
• Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of prospective individual donors at all times
• Meet and exceed annual individual donor fundraising targets

• Any graduate with an experience of 3-4 years in Individual donor fundraising, can apply.
• Strong command over English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident in speaking with potential donors and building rapport.
• Willingness to travel and work on the field to attract and engage potential individual donors.
